Joshua D. Rosenberg, Esq.
Founder

Originally from Central Florida, Joshua earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. Despite balancing full-time work, he pursued his legal education with unwavering determination, graduating Cum Laude from Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2021.
 
Joshua has accumulated extensive experience in Probate and Guardianship matters, working closely with families and individuals during emotionally challenging times. He is passionate about advocating for the rights of Guardians and individuals requiring guardianship, ensuring they receive the legal protection they deserve. In addition, Joshua assists Personal Representatives in navigating the complex process of estate administration, helping them honor the wishes of their loved ones and ensure smooth transitions for beneficiaries.
 
Throughout his career, Joshua has developed a reputation for his compassionate approach, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to personalized service. His deep understanding of Florida probate and guardianship laws enables him to provide tailored solutions for each client, whether they are handling simple estate matters or dealing with more intricate family dynamics.
 
Outside of his legal practice, Joshua is a devoted husband and father to three children. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, as well as indulging in his passions for golf and baseball, where he finds the balance and perspective that fuel his legal career.

Jennifer Devine, Esq.
Of Counsel

Jennifer Devine was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance, Jennifer spent 15 years as a high school theatre teacher. Under her direction, her theatre programs garnered countless awards and accolades throughout the State of Florida. Throughout her years as an educator, Jennifer advocated for the rights of her students and fellow teachers in an array of matters.

Jennifer graduated Summa Cum Laude from Barry University’s School of Law in 2021. She was admitted to the Florida bar in that same year. While at Barry, she served as the Executive Editor on Barry’s Law Review, the secretary for the Student Bar Association, a teaching assistance for Advanced Legal Writing, a Dean’s Study Fellow, a research assistant for her professors, and continued her full-time job as a high school educator and theatre director.

 

When Jennifer Devine is not serving her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter at Disney, attending theatrical productions, reading, and kayaking.

Taylor Rosenberg
Director of Operations

Taylor was born and raised in Central Florida and studied Interior Design and Architecture at Seminole State College of Florida before taking time off to focus on her family and raising her kids. Taylor has over 10 years of experience in the title industry and received her Title Insurance Agent License in 2021 as a Real Estate Closer and Escrow Officer. In the more recent years, Taylor's primary focus has been on commercial property transactions in Central Florida delivering outstanding results and earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike. Taylor is a dedicated professional known for her exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence. She has a passion for her work, and a desire to make a positive impact. Her proactive approach and dedication to helping others also motivate her to exceed expectations.

 

Taylor has many titles outside of the firm, but the ones she enjoys most are wife and mom. Joshua and Taylor have been happily married for 12 years and have had 3 beautiful children along the way! As a couple, they have a strong commitment to teamwork, supporting each other's professional growth and celebrating each other’s successes. Dedicated to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, they prioritize quality family time and personal well-being, believing that a strong family foundation enhances their effectiveness in all areas of life.
